These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the self-paced online courses (“Services”) offered by Entrepreneurs Accounting Academy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using our Services.
Eligibility
The Services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Course Enrollment and Access
Upon enrolling in a course, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the course materials for your personal and non-commercial use only. Course access is provided for a limited period as specified at the time of enrollment, and we reserve the right to revoke access at any time without notice for any breach of these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided in the courses, including texts, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of the Entrepreneurs Accounting Academy or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices or restrictions contained in any content and not to modify, publish, transfer, sell, or otherwise make derivative works of such materials.
Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Fees for courses are due at the time of enrollment. We offer a refund to learners who request it within a specified period after enrollment, as detailed on the Services. After this period, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your enrollment within the refund period by contacting customer service.
Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Entrepreneurs Accounting Academy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Services using your account.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Entrepreneurs Accounting Academy is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
