Overview
This refund policy applies to all self-paced and online courses offered by Entrepreneurs Accounting Academy (EAA). We aim to provide our students with clear and concise guidelines regarding the refund process to maintain satisfaction and trust.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, students must meet the following conditions:
- The request for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- The student must have completed less than 30% of the course material.
- Course materials, including but not limited to PDFs, videos, and other downloadable content, must not be downloaded beyond the first module or section of the course.
- Tools, software licenses, or other resources provided by third parties are not eligible for a refund.
Non-refundable Items:
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any courses purchased during a promotional period or at a discounted rate.
- Fees associated with examinations, accreditations, or certificates.
- Additional services, such as one-on-one coaching sessions or personalized feedback.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, the student must:
- Contact EAA’s support team via email at [support@eaa.edu.ph] with the reason for the refund.
- Provide proof of purchase and any other documentation as requested by the support team to validate the claim.
- Comply with any additional verification steps to confirm eligibility.
Refund Review Period
EAA will review refund requests within seven (7) business days. The outcome of the review will be communicated to the student via email. In cases where a refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Course Cancellation by EAA
In the unlikely event that EAA must cancel a course, registered students will receive notification via email and will be provided with the following options:
- Full refund to the original payment method.
- Credit towards another course offered by EAA.
Changes to Refund Policy
EAA reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the date of the update.
