The Entrepreneurs Accounting Academy's credit and Collection Seminar teaches the fundamentals of Credit and Collection management. A combination of real-life anecdotes from the front-lines of Credit and Collection facilitator-practitioners and tips on effective and efficient collection techniques make for a practical and enjoyable learning experience for the participants.
Theories, legal framework and actual experiences of facilitator-practitioners will guide the participants in managing receivables and overdue accounts, items in litigation and other hard-core problem accounts; formulating Credit and Collection policies and maintaining and analyzing credit information; decision-making in matters of Credit and Collection.
