FACILITATOR

Professor/Instructor Responsibilities:

• Smart, analytical, articulate and has excellent communication skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in the design and improvement of training programs.

Job Description

• Facilitate trainings, design training programs, conceptualize and implement Organizational Development interventions;
• Development of courseware including: instructor guides, students guides, handouts, job aids, interactive exercises, and quizzes.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably  1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting  or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
