* Participants that will not show up to the seminar or request for reschedule for the seminar where they already registered and paid for will pay again the same rate of the seminar and the  payment that the participant made before will be forfeited.

  3. Fax the Seminar Registration Form to this number (02) 325.00.72
  4. Confirm the receipt of your Seminar Registration Form by calling us at this number (02) 339.13.01 or (02) 338.38.57
  5. Pay the Seminar Registration Fee in any of our bank accounts (Stated in the Registration Form). Pay early to avail of our early bird discount and to avoid inconveniences. Payment should be made before the seminar date.
  6. Fax the Deposit Slip to this number (02) 325.00.72. Indicate in the deposit slip your company name, participant’s full name, seminar name and seminar date.
  7. Confirm the receipt of your Payment (Deposit Slip) by calling us at this number (02) 339.13.01 or (02) 338.38.57. At the end of this step you are now completely registered and reserved in your chosen seminar.
