5. Payment term:
   • 25% Down Payment upon contract signing
   • 25% Payment on the 15^th day after the contract signing
   • 50% Payment on the 30^th day after the contract signing
6. Validity: you are given one year from the date of contract signing to exercise the plan. Forfeited if not exercised within a year from the date of contract signing.
7. Trainings and seminars schedules will be released by the training provider in a quarterly basis. Scheduling of trainings and seminars by the participants should be made at least one (1) month before the chosen trainings and seminars schedules.
8. The training provider has the right to reschedule trainings and seminars with due notice of at least five (5) business days before the seminar day.
